Dave has been seen on HBO, Comedy Central, FOX and a regular on the nationally-syndicated Bob and Tom Show (with over 200 appearances). Daves original and clean humor and observations have made him a highly-sought after comedian (and emcee). As an award-winning writer, he takes the time to customize humor for each performance to best fit each audience, group or corporation. Headlining at theaters and clubs all over the country, Dugan has made a lasting impression with his one-of-a-kind dry, everyman style.

In spite of being born into a family of homebuilders, Dave couldnt be less handy. Not a good salesman and a borderline hoarder, he humbly admits, I fell into comedy as a default. I had nowhere else to turn. His back-up plan seems to have paid off. In addition to his guest comic appearances and writing contributions on the Bob and Tom Show, he also portrays a number of characters including the mean-spirited, politically incorrect, adult bully Bart McCallister who over the past 25 years has become a fan favorite on B&T arguably the most popular morning radio show in the nation. Also a voice actor, you have likely heard Dave on national commercials for Bacardi, Erie Insurance, AOL, and Wells Fargo (to name a few), as a narrator for series on the Travel Channel and the History Channel, and for racing features heard on FOX Sports, ABC, CBS, ESPN and NBCSN.
