Have you ever wondered why there are so many types of coffee filters? Why the temperature of the water you use changes the flavor of your coffee? How to make the best cup of coffee you can?
Come join the Science by the Cup crew at Rojo's Roastery in Lambertville on Wednesday, September 21th at 4PM. You'll get a chance to learn about the dos and don'ts of brewing coffee. You'll find out what goes into making the perfect cup of coffee and have a chance to taste as well.
