Petrus Belgian Beer Blending Workshop
We're pleased to welcome Sarah Brezina from the Global Beer Network, importers of the Petrus line of Belgian sours from Brouwerij De Brabandere.
Sarah will be leading a special workshop on blending Petrus...you'll get three component beers and a special Petrus blending glass (which you get to keep), and you can try different blends until you achieve your personal Petrus perfection. Then we'll pour you a full glass of your own custom blend to enjoy, and share with others!
The workshop includes an introduction to Petrus beers and the theory behind blending, a blending mat with three 4-oz pours of different Petrus beers, the special blending glass, a glass of your final blend, and some Petrus swag that Sarah is bringing.
