"The Wiz"
In 1900 L. Frank Baum wrote his classic, "The Wonderful Wizard of Oz". Now ENC brings a funky reinterpretation of THE WIZARD OF OZ to the stage. With a childlike essence of play and creation, the cast will bring this story to life through imaginative storytelling. Brick by brick, Dorothy meets the Scarecrow, the Tinman and the Lion as she seeks the Wizard who is bound to help her find the true meaning of "home". Featuring hip hop dancers, a gospel choir and actors from ENC and the community, this production is about bridging connections between our differences.
