Tom Kovacevic, A.E. McInnis & Leif Sherman Curtis
Tom Kovacevic sings original songs, accompanying himself on the oud, the Arabic fretless lute. Tom has been playing
the oud and studying Arabic and Turkish classical music for nearly 20 years. He has been making music in and around Portland for more than 20 years on the oud, nay (chromatic Middle Eastern flute), guitar and bass with bands such as Cerberus Shoal and tarpigh, and most recently Olas music and dance and Alhan Middle Eastern Melodies.
Leif Sherman Curtis - Leif is a Portland Me. Born musician who spans a spectrum from Spaghetti western prog, dark psychedelic country western, North American mutations on flamenco, kraut rock infused doom metal, to his current incarnation in the freak folk world as a solo singer/songwriter.
A.E.McInnis - Famous for his one man band 'Labyrinth and the Desert' (drums/guitar played simultaneously) A.E.McInnis (Portland ME born) is based currently out of Seattle WA. This Aug. 26 he will feature some of his more in depth guitar explorations (sans drums).
