CAN I BRING MY OWN BEVERAGE OR FOOD?
No. Beverages must be purchased at the bar. Limited beer, water, and soda will be available for purchase. No food is permitted in the hall, but you can finish food in the lobby area.
HOW EARLY CAN I ARRIVE?
6:30pm. The small downstairs lobby has limited seating areas. We will call your name in the order of arrival when the doors open at 7pm.
IS THERE RESERVED SEATING?
No. There will be a section for season subscribers, but all other seating is first-come, first-serve.
CAN I TAKE PHOTOS?
Yes. NON-FLASH photography is allowed; however, NO unauthorized audio or video recordings are permitted.
CAN I COME IN COSPLAY?
Yes. We encourage it. Please note bathrooms are located on different floors and be respectful when placing items so the do not block doorways, walkways, or other guests' views.
