Continuum with Sarasa in Cambridge
Sarasa opens their 18th chamber music season with a thrilling program entitled Continuum, interweaving works by the great German masters JS Bach, his gifted son Carl Philipp Emmanual Bach and CPE's godfather Telemann with the rich and playful soundscapes of Hungarian natives Bela Bartók, Zoltán Kodály, Josef Suk and György Ligeti. Crowd favorite Maggie Cole will be featured in Bach's A major harpsichord concerto and Ligeti's mesmerizing work for solo harpsichord, Continuum.
