Pioneers of African American Cinema
Scarecrow Video, the Northwest Film Forum, and Kino Lorber Home Video are proud to showcase selections from one of the most important home video releases of 2016, PIONEERS OF AFRICAN AMERICAN CINEMA, on Wednesday, July 27th at 7pm at Film Forum.
University of Washington Professor Louis Chude-Sokei, Zola Mumford from the Langston Hughes African American Film Festival, and film critic Robert Horton will both be on hand to discuss these rare, long-thought-lost films.
