ABOUT OUR PRESENTER
Tolis Dimopoulos is the founder and managing attorney of Sophos Law Firm. Tolis founded the firm in order to create a modern law firm that leverages technology and legal best practices to focus on the specific needs of startups and entrepreneurs. Tolis combines his engineering, product management, business, finance, and legal experience to serve as an outside general counsel and boardroom attorney to a variety of clients ranging from early stage startups to pre-IPO, venture-backed companies.
Toliss practice primarily focuses on new company formation and corporate governance, securities compliance and regulation, and IP licensing and protection. In his free time, Tolis enjoys reading, yoga, trying out new gadgets, and playing strategy board games. Tolis lives in Northeast Seattle with his wife and two children.
