The island of Kaua`i is a hotspot.
Not because of it's lush landscape or pristine beaches, but because of its incredible biodiversity and the considerable conservation professionals and resources focused here.
This September, Kaua`i conservation organizations and our efforts will take the world stage as the IUCN World Conservation Congress, the largest democratically run conservation event in the world, convenes in Hawai`i.
