A world-acclaimed songwriter, vocalist and guitarist, Jennifer will captivate your heart with her resonant voice and soulful lyrics. She will be performing works from many of her albums including songs from her latest CD Home and some new compositions. The extraordinary Chris Webster will add harmonies with her virtuosic voice. About Jennifer Berezan:
Jennifer is a unique blend of singer/songwriter, teacher, and activist. Over the course of ten albums, she has developed and explored recurring themes with a rare wisdom. Her most recent release Home continues her signature mix of emotionally rich songs, original guitar work, warm production, a collection of esteemed musical friends and themes that touch on home as everywhere...California, Beijing, the Yukon Canada, and the internal realms of the heart.
Jennifer is currently working on an encore production of "Song for All Beings" scheduled for February 25, 2017 at the Marin Civic Center. Song for All Beings, which had its original debut in 2013, is a seamless collaboration woven by scores of musicians, dancers, and storytellers. The high-level performances spring from many spiritual and cultural traditions, creating a ceremonial concert that unfolds on stage and in the audience over the course of the eveningand long afterwards.
