Gather 'Round the Blue Ridge 2016
This year's annual meeting will celebrate the National Parks, North Carolina State Parks, and Pisgah National Forest centennials, and will spotlight and celebrate our natural heritage and its future.
Our keynote speaker will be Chase Pickering, a fifth generation family owner of Biltmore, who from an early age has been involved in conservation efforts. His presentation will be "Celebrating Our Heritage and Planting Seeds for the Future." Chase currently serves on the board of directors for Friends of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park and Muddy Sneakers where he focuses on innovative strategies to connect kids with nature.
