July 2016 LAI Luncheon
Oakland has seen significant development and economic growth in the past couple of years and that seems poised to continue. Several major new real estate projects are in the works and several large deals have been inked recently. With great transit access, a vibrant cultural scene, and plentiful housing, Oakland certainly has many of the ingredients of a city on the rise. Yet Oakland has sometimes struggled to capitalize on development opportunities in the past. What is driving the recent growth? How long can it continue? What are the City of Oakland's development and investment priorities? Come hear our three Oakland experts answer these and other questions.
Join us for a presentation and discussion with three of the real estate leaders helping to shape development in Oakland today - Kelley Kahn, Seth Hamalian, and Bill Cumbelich.
