Tuesday, August 28th at Silver Reef Casino Pavilion
You are encouraged to dress in 1800's fashion. See photo for ideas. Prize awarded for best costume.
Cocktails 5pm-6pm No Host Bar
Dinner and Program start at 6:15 pm
Menu Choice(at checkout):
House salad with 2 dressing choices
Rolls and butter
Filet of Halibut encrusted with Porcini Mushrooms served with a Lobster Americaine Sauce with roasted reds and vegetable, or
Vegetable Wellington (Vegetarian Option). Balsamic marinated vegetables baked in a puff pastry finished with a red pepper coulis
