Queer Camp 2016

Queer Camp is a summer-camp themed, substance-free weekend camping trip in which folks come together to actively practice radical inclusion, further our understanding and dedication to social justice, expand and deepen community and play together.

The weekend pivots around light programming - lovingly prepared organic meals, workshops and all-camp games, a variety show and prom - and also offers opportunity to individually connect with yourself and others at your own pace. You'll step up and back in whatever way feels best to you.

A weekend in the woods surrounded by loving, playful queers? Yep, that's camp!

Camp Details:
Friday - Sunday, September 9th - 11th
Located in the group camping area of beautiful Lake Chabot. Includes running water and bathrooms but no showers
All meals (chef-prepared, organic, dietary-need inclusive) provided in cost of ticket
You'll bring your own gear (tent, sleeping pad, sleeping bag). Costumes encouraged
All are welcome - if the mission of camp resonates with you, there is a place for you at camp

Ticket Cost
Each ticket is $75-275
*Anything you contribute above $75 supports ongoing Queer Camp events and need-based campers scholarships. You'll have another opportunity to donate at the end of the camp weekend
