CULTIVATE : EXPERIENCE TWO
Everwood Farmstead Foundation invites you to join us at Everwood on September 24, 2016 to enjoy an afternoon of music, food, friends and autumn beauty to help further and grow the work of the Foundation.
You have a choice of two different experiences and you have selected EXPERIENCE TWO.
Join us at 2:30 and take a walk on the trails, relax on a blanket in the field, meet one of the resident chickens or play a yard game. When you build up a thirst, we'll have Spotted Cow beer on tap along with a variety of non-alcoholic beverages. We'll ring the bell at 3:30 to gather in the barn to hear ROGUE VALLEY followed by BAD BAD HATS. And when you get hungry, you'll enjoy an entree of your choice from O'CHEEZE FOOD TRUCK.
*****************************************************************************************
ROGUE VALLEY, one of Minneapolis' most dynamic live acts, just released their much-anticipated new album, Radiate/Dissolve. The band regularly performs at top venues across the region and has toured across the nation with The Jayhawks, Lucinda Williams and Brandi Carlile. Paste Magazine called Rogue Valley one of Minnesota's best.
Indie-rock band BAD BAD HATS was named Minnesota's Best New Music Act by City Pages in 2015. But the band is already nationally known with attention from Pitchfork, NPR and Spin for their debut album, Psychic Reader, their recent appearance at SXSW and their national tour with Third Eye Blind. Bad Bad Hats' music is surprising and universal.
Haley and Tony Fritz, creators of O'CHEEZE FOOD TRUCK, decided to take their passion for specialty grilled cheese sandwiches and bring it to the streets. They will be offering delicious gourmet Wisconsin cheesy goodness paired with a soup made from Everwood produce - a perfect combination for a fall afternoon.
