The Summer Solstice party was the best yet, with a full dance floor all night and a successful navigation of the beginning of summer. So...we're doing it all again on a FRIDAY night in July: Double Deuces, July 22

Note that there are four tiers, from basic tickets at $15 to sponsorships, all in limited numbers. We do appreciate it very mucho when folks opt for the higher tiers, but if you don't want to - buy now~ Don't wait!
The event is a PARTY!!! We supply food and drink, we ask you to bring more of what you like to drink and perhaps some food if you're in the mood.

Lookie Lookie plays Latin Bugalú, a super fun 60s sound that combines Afro-Caribbean rhythms with rock and soul sensibility. The lyrics are in Spanish and English, the band features three percussionists, three horns and bass - and five singers.
The band is an all-star assemblage of sensation-seeking sybarites:
Chris Maclachlan (Human Sexual Response) - bass
Vicente Lebron (Either/Orchestra, Club D'Elf) - congas
Jorge Arce (Raiz de Plena, Humano) - bongo, cowbell
Rick Barry (Bim Skala Bim) - timbales, more cowbell
Ken Winokur (Alloy Orchestra) - percussion
Scott Getchell (Lars Vegas, Agachiko) - trumpet
Ted DeColo (Funky White Honkies) - alto sax, flute
Russ Gershon (Either/Orchestra, Orchestra Morphine) - tenor sax, flute
And lots of singing...even a dance lesson by Jorge!
