PATRONS ARE ENCOURAGED TO COME TO THE THEATRE AND WAIT FOR NO SHOW TICKETS, AS SEVERAL OF THESE FREQUENTLY BECOME AVAILABLE ON EACH DATE. -The Addams Family (August 4th-14th) - The popular musical adaptation is the season opener. In this original story, the macabre Addams family is put to the test when outsiders come to dinner, hurling Gomez, Morticia, Wednesday, Pugsley, Uncle Fest, Grandma and Lurch headlong into a night that will change the family forever.
-Mame (December 8th-18th) - Roaring Twenties socialite Mame Dennis teaches her orphaned nephew the nature of free living and free thinking, attempting to keep him from the clutches of the uptight world of his late father's estate executor, and later, his fiancee. PCT's first produced musical, this is a great revival show with classic songs such as "Mame," "Bosom Buddies," and "We Need a Little Christmas."
-A Streetcar Named Desire (February 17th-26th) - A Pulitzer Prize winning drama by Tennessee Williams, this play famously recounts how the faded and promiscuous Blanche DuBois is pushed over the edge by her sexy and brutal brother-in-law, Stanley. It doesn't get any more southern than Streetcar and Williams.
-Pride & Prejudice (April 14th-23rd) - A period love story as famous as its couples. The Bennets have five daughters and an estate that is entailed, so Mrs. Bennet can think of nothing other than marrying off her girls, especially Jane & Elizabeth. Enter wealthy Charles Bingley, his even wealthier best friend Darcy, along with the insufferable Mr. Collins, and his rich patron Lady Catherine De Bourgh.
-Steel Magnolias (June 9th-18th) - A group of Louisiana women bond and gossip at a local beauty shop while following the marriage and motherhood of one of the customer's daughters. Robert Harling's made its 2005 Broadway debut after a 1987 off-Broadway premiere and successful 1898 film version.
