This duo found its groove while touring as part of the beloved stringband Uncle Earl releasing two albums on Rounder Records, working with producers John Paul Jones and Dirk Powell, and playing clubs and festivals throughout North America and the UK. Since Uncle Earl took a break, Kristin and Rayna have both released acclaimed solo albums that weave in threads of pop and poetry without losing the shape of the traditional American music that was their first love. This special collaboration finds two artists reconnecting in a show thats at once familiar and rare. Expect award-winning songwriting, sisterly harmonies and the infectious rhythm of fiddle tunes and percussive dance.
