Scenic City Supper Club
We are pleased to announce our Summer Scenic City Supper Club event on July 17 -- Biscuit Love Dinner -- featuring chef Karl Worley of Nashville's Biscuit Love. Since opening Biscuit Love in 2012, chef Karl Worley has become the connoisseur of made-from-scratch biscuits, earning Bon Appetit's Sandwich of the Year title for his East Nasty Biscuit and helping Garden & Gun master the craft of the age old beaten biscuit. Local talent Benjamin Park (Easy Bistro & Bar), Benjamin Phillips (The Bitter Alibi), and Monica Smith (Mean Mug) will join chef Karl in the kitchen to create a four-course meal at Cloudland Station's event space, the Homestead. This Southern-Living Inspired Property will bring together 120 guests for the evening, with table decor and flowers stylized by Rob Praino (Robin Praino Interiors). While final details are still being finalized on the menu, supper clubbers can expect to find fresh brunch-inspired offerings and of course, some of chef Karl's famous biscuits. Mixologist Toby Darling (Chattanooga Whiskey) will be serving breakfast-inspired cocktails for guests upon arrival, as well as creating a special post-dinner coffee cocktail treat with Velo Coffee.
