Protecting What is Precious: Pursuing Your Passions Through an Environmental Lens A Film Screening & Panel Discussion with Susan Rockefeller, April Gornik, Annie Falk, Gina Bradley, and Alexis Rockman
Documentary Filmmaker and Founder of Protect What is Precious, Susan Rockefeller first approached the topic of pursuing your passions with an environmental lens and finding a career that works for the environment in her 1992 book Green at Work. On the evening of Thursday July 21st, Susan Rockefeller together with a panel composed of Artists April Gornik and Alexis Rockman, Paddle Divas Gina Bradley, and Author and Philanthropist Annie Falk, will discuss how they work to promote environmental conservation through their respective passions and occupations, and how you can apply an environmental lens to the outlet of your choice. The evening will feature a showing of Susans 15-minute documentary, Mission of Mermaids with the panel to follow.
Pre-screening cocktail reception at Calypso St. Barth, 24 Jobs Lane, at 5:30 pm.
