Fried Chicken and Moët & Chandon Champagne for Pilot Light
Fried chicken and champagne is a magical union. Crispy golden brown delicious chicken and effervescent fermented grape juice always achieves high levels of food and beverage happiness. If there is a way that pairing can create happiness for guests, and raise funds and awareness for a worthy organization, everyone wins!
Thus: Fried Chicken and Champagne for Pilot Light. Join us on Monday August 8th at 7pm at Honey Butter Fried Chicken for bites of fried chicken paired with champagne from some of Chicago's favorite chefs. Guests will vote on the best pairing!

The Reason: Pilot Light, an organization that partners chefs with teachers to create Common Core-compatible lessons on food basics. The result is healthier kids that are empowered to share this newfound knowledge with their friends, their families and their communities.
