West End Players Guild Season Tickets
Favorite playwrights along with some exciting newcomers and a world premiere. That's West End Players Guild's 106th season. Be a part of it all -- buy your season tickets right here, today.
Tom Stoppard's "Arcadia" (9/30-10/9) is a fascinating and intelligent historical whodunit blending sex, mathematics, Lord Byron, landscape architecture and the second law of thermodynamics. A delight!
Vladimir Zelevinsky's "Manifest|Destiny" (11/4-13) brings poignant vignettes of the love and suffering, bravery and betrayal endured by four centuries-worth of immigrants fleeing the Old World for a chance to reinvent themselves in the new one.
Then there's Kevin Kling's "The Ice Fishing Play" (2/10-19). Think Lake Wobegon. Not the town, the actual lake. Think Fargo, but with a gentler spirit. On a cold winter's night, this very funny, very quirky little fantasy will warm the cockles of your heart.
Finally, our world premiere: Lucy Cashion's new adaptation of Sophocles' "Oedipus the King" (4/21-30). Lucy is one of our town's most exciting and creative young theatre artists. Her provocative adaptations of the classics have wowed audiences for several seasons and now she brings her talents to our stage for a new take on an ancient tragedy.
It's going to be a great season, and seeing it on season tickets is a really great deal. Your season ticket includes all four shows plus a guest ticket to any performance of your choice to bring a friend. That's $125 worth of tickets for just 85 bucks.
