Opening Night PFA with Chef Dustin Clark at The Solo Club
Portland Food Adventures is proud to introduce The Solo Club to Portland. Chef Dustin Clark, formerly of Wildwood and currently chef at sister establishment, Besaw's, will be showcasing the flavors of his small plates menu, inspired by his travels to Southeast Asia. Chef Dustin has been dreaming of the perfect place to develop for years, and this night, with this menu, will be his first opportunity to serve the food he's been dreaming of preparing and serving for a long, long time. Get on it! The Solo Club will feature a great beverage program, and that will come to light during this special dinner.
As always PFA dinners include a talk about some of Chef Dustin and owner Cana Flug's favorite places--along with gift certificates to try them. For this dinner, you'll walk away with certs to try smallwares, Besaw's and Mark Bitterman's beautiful retail establishment, The Meadow.

PLEASE NOTE CANCELLATION POLICY: Tickets are refundable with a $20 per seat service charge up to July 18, 2016. After that, they are non-refundable, but fully transferable. Call 503 395-5900 to change the name of the reservation, if for whatever reason you choose to give the ticket to someone else.
