1st Annual St. Louis CBW 5K

We're teaming up with the St. Louis Chapter of the Mikkeller Running Club to invite you to the inaugural CBW 5K!

Get yourself ready for a full week of craft beer enjoyment with the inaugural CBW 5K walk/run in Forest Park on Sunday July 31st at 10am!

Please note: This is purely a "fun run"; there will be no official times or winners. Whether you sprint, jog, or walk (or crawl!) across that finish line...you're all winners because you receive a free Mikkerller Running Club beer back at iTap! Oh, and did we mention some pretty rad commemorative socks? So if you want to enjoy a casual group run with some sweet benefits, this run is for you!

Runners receive a free beer upon completion as well as commemorative swag, specialty glassware from Mikkeller and more. Partial race fees will also benefit Forest Park Forever (because who doesn't like to enjoy a beer in that park!)

In consideration of being permitted to participate in International Tap House's 5K run/walk, I agree to assume
all risks inherent in participation in such program, whether they are apparent to me or not. I certify that I am in
good physical health and fit to participate. Nevertheless, I acknowledge that participation carries an inherent
risk of injury to my person and damage to my property. I hereby waive and release, for myself and for my heirs
and assigns, any and all claims, causes of action, or liabilities which may hereafter accrue against International Tap House
that may arise as a result of my participation in International Tap House's 5K run/walk, including any and all
claims for personal injuries.
