Does your league have limited practice times? Are you trying to improve your skills but need a coach with a watchful eye?
The answer is coming your way this July! Getsome Athletics will be leading full contact roller derby practices on nine different days in July.
Carmen Getsome will design each practice to have a derby skills component as well as an edurance component. Every practice will challenge each skater to push themselves out of their comfort zone so they can improve their derby skills!
If you are ready to take your game to the next level then this is your chance!
