The 14th Annual Jefferson County Farm Tour will take place on Saturday September 17th and Sunday September 18th 2016 featuring farm tours, live music, educational demonstrations and kid's activities. Included in the weekend of events is the Fiber Tour, which occurs on both Saturday and Sunday.

Each year the in September the Farm Tour draws thousands of visitors eager to experience a working farm and connect with local farmers. With over a dozen Jefferson County farms participating in the tour you'll meet many of the people that are part of our county's thriving food and fiber systems.
The primary goals of Jefferson County Farm Tour are to: Educate community about sound agricultural practices in Jefferson County Foster beneficial relationships between community members and local farmers Promote positive impacts of locally grown food, fiber, and other farm-made products Assist local farmers in marketing & publicity
