Delaware Burger Battle 2016 -- 5th Annual!

It's year FIVE of flippin' burgers for the Delaware Burger Battle. Fires will burn. Beef will meet bun. The battle rages on for Delaware's competitive chefs.

Four years, ten trophies, 37 competing restaurants, scores of burger combinations, thousands of beers and $28,000 raised to alleviate hunger. Its been a wild ride so far.

And we're doing it all over again. You're gonna need a lot of napkins.

YOU PAY ONE PRICE!

Once you enter the arena, you're free to go from booth to booth sampling burgers from all the participating restaurants. Try one. Try them all. (We recommend a buddy system.)

Your ticket also entitles you to tastings of adult beverages. Soft drinks are included. This is a rain or shine event, as well as all ages. (Please leave the 4-pawed babies at home. Also: no smoking on the grounds.) Nearby parking has been secured.

YOUR VOTE COUNTS!

Each restaurant will put its best burger forward for your judgment. Your votes will determine the People's Choice Winner. A panel of foodielebrities (kind of like superdelegates, but the good kind) will judge the Critic's Choice Winner, as well as select the Best Alternative Burger.

The Delaware Burger Battle is proud to support the fine work of the Ministry of Caring, specifically the Emmanuel Dining Room, which helps alleviate the immediate needs of Delaware's hungry with over 180,000 nutritious meals annually served at no cost and with no questions asked.
