"JazzMain is one of Scotland's most enduring jazz quartets, now into its 13th year.
The band has a wide repertoire including smooth jazz, funk, blues, Latin, be-bop and classic jazz standards of the 'Cool/West Coast/Blue Note' - movement brought to prominence in the 1950's and 60's.
Three hugely popular shows at this year's Isle of Bute Jazz Festival and the Doonbeg International Festival in Ireland have been highlights this year, as well as two forthcoming Edinburgh Festival Fringe dates where the quartet will feature works by Horace Silver and Dexter Gordon. JazzMain is led by Nick Gould (tenor) and features Campbell Normand (keys), Iain Harkness (electric 5-string bass) and Kevin Dorrian (Drums)"
