The Sunday Back Street Jazz Series
This third show in our series will feature music reminiscent of the late, great Max Roach. There will be a stellar lineup of musicians, including some young drummers who are good enough to hold down the drummer's seat in a band with accomplished, adult musicians. These drummers will surely make a significant impact on the larger jazz scene, once they come fully into their own. Historic commentary and film on Max Roach will also be a feature of the program.
