The healing qualities of journal writing and image-making are joined together in the creation of an "Image Journal." Part soul work, part personal narrative, the intimacy of the process prompts imagery to arise from memory and imagination.
Your Journal reveals your interior mythology and its deep connection to the sacred whole. Participants re-ignite a creative spark and may unleash new avenues of self-expression. Your Journal assists in navigating life transitions, visualizing memoir and honoring the gift of self-care.
For artists and non-artists, educators, makers, poets, thinkers, writers, counselors, creative entrepreneurs and those in the ministering and healing professions.
