Bonnie D Stroir in Kingston!

Come join the Kingston Derby Girls for this wonderful training opportunity!

The infamous Bonnie D Stroir of the San Diego Derby Dolls will be visiting Kingston the evening of July 11th as part of her "Live, Love, Derby Summer Road Tour 2012"!

We are so excited to welcome Bonnie to Kingston and we look forward to this great opportunity to receive coaching from one of the best!!

We currently have 14 skater spots still open for this opportunity and we are opening an invite to other league skaters who may be interested, for the low cost of $30 per skater.

Other's who wish to participate through observation off skates can join us for the low price of $15 per non skating observer.

Each skater will participate in the following modules:

1. Seal and Sharks for blockers and jammers. Methods of baiting, entrapment, and dragging a jammer to the deep water and Advanced methods of juking, deflecting hits, and disengaging with blockers, to the most advantageous positions on the track.

2.Jurassic Park offensive series. The strategy, formula and technique behind creating and maximizing on Power Jams and Grand Slams

3.Blocker Jobs, positions to maximize on your and their personal strengths.

4. Partner blocking techniques, bringing out the best in one another for the most effective blocking lines.
