SALEM 1692
Inspired by true events, Salem 1692 is a tragic story of love, lies, and loss.
Written and Directed by Gayle Lahey and Todd Marsh.
Featuring the music of Cape Breton indie folk-rock act Dragonfly Frequency.
Hiding deep in the woods of Salem, Bridget and Thomas vow to sacrifice everything to keep their love alive. In the village, the witch hunt intensifies, as young girls become violently ill and overwrought by strange afflictions. The women of Salem are forced to fight against unspeakable injustices, as Mather and his thugs will stop at nothing to destroy the dark shadow that has corrupted Salem's blessed light.
