The "Young Guns of Ct."
In celebration of Millwriight's fourth anniversary we are doing a pair of dinners here at the restaurant. It is exciting for us to see the next generation of Chefs coming up, who are doing amazing food in our great state. Join us as we host these talents at Millwright's Restaurant in Simsbury. This will be a multi-course dinner and reception with beverage pairing. We are excited to welcome Matt Wick of River Tavern in Chester, Craig Hutchinson and Alex Lishchynsky of oink pop-up restaurant, Marcell Davidson of Ct. Table in Washington Ct., Anthony Kostelis of The Whelk in Westport, Niles Talbot&Jesse Powers of Millwright's in Simsbury. Each Chef will present one passed canape and one course during dinner. This event includes a 45 minute cocktail reception and Seven course dinner with beverage pairings. Below is the menu
