Paiche - PFA Dinner with Chef Jose Luis de Cossio
There's a little place up on Corbett that's quietly been making loud noise in the food world. Paiche (pronounced Pie-shay) is a Peruvian eatery open at hours that make it practical to be mostly a cherished neighborhood joint. Chef Jose Luis de Cossio and his wife Casimira run the intimate restaurant, where Chef Jose Juis turns out some of the most imaginative food in Portland. His ceviche has been cited as the best in the city. His dishes are all created with passion and creativity. In a city where almost everything is available, Paiche is something new.
PFA wants to give a selected number of people the opportunity to enjoy a special dinner at Paiche. On a rare Saturday night PFA, we'll enjoy a six course paired dinner and as with all PFAs get to hear some of the special places Chef Jose Luis love to go when they're not taking care as parents, or for Jose Luis, unwinding in Seaside surfing the Oregon waves.
Includes gift certificates to Jose Luis' favored coffee, Ole Latte, as well as Raven & Rose and the incredible Chicken N Guns. There will be at least $40 worth of them to enjoy on your own for each guest.

PLEASE NOTE CANCELLATION POLICY: Tickets are refundable with a $20 per seat service charge up to July 2, 2016. After that, they are non-refundable, but buyers may call 503 395-5900 to change the name of the reservation at will-call up 24 hours before the event, if for whatever reason you choose to give the ticket to someone else.
LEGAL STUFF (and SMOKING POLICY): Please read before buying tickets. We respectfully request that guests REFRAIN FROM SMOKING DURING THE EVENT (this means getting up during the dinner and going outside to smoke, and returning), as this is a communal dining experience. Portland Food Adventures reserves the right to refuse service to any patron who smokes or acts in an inappropriate manner. No refund will be given, since the restaurant will have planned the meal for a particular number of guests. Since this is a communal dining experience we ask you to be respectful of other guests and restaurant employees in every respect. There may be expiration dates for your certificates.

INCLEMENT WEATHER: If the restaurant is open on the night of the event, the event goes on. Refunds or credits for a future events will be issued within a week after the event, only if the restaurant is closed on the night of the event due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.
