Sausage Making 101
Learn the art and craft of making sausages as butcher Ben Harrison of Harrison Quality Meats takes you through the process of selecting cuts to use, proper grinding techniques, mixing and seasoning tips, and casing the sausages. We'll be working with high quality meats from PEEP and Slagel. This is a hands on workshop and students will take with them a 5 pound sampler of sausages that they made during the class and enjoy a delicious sausage and beer lunch at the end.
Class is $150 per person and includes: - 3 hour class - 5 lbs of sausage to take home - recipes - beer and sausage lunch
