CANCELED - BIMA Summer Art Camp - Please contact Kristin Tollefson, Education Director, at kristin@biartmuseum.org with questions.
Students entering 5th through 8th grade are invited to come spend an exciting week at BIMA exploring the human form through various mediums including drawing, wire sculpture, printmaking and more. Our week culminates with a walking field trip to a local beach where we will learn about land art and try our own hand at creating a temporary sculpture on site. Students will use the museum's exhibitions as inspiration as well as the work of artists including Henry Moore, Picasso, Giacometti, Elisabeth Frink, Niki de Saint Phalle and Andy Goldsworthy.
