Wagyu Steak Night with Adelbert's Barrel Aged Trifecta

The Story:
Barrel Aged Trifecta is the newest beer in Adelbert's Vintage Series, their line of barrel aged beers. They have aged ales in wine, whiskey, rum and gin barrels to date. Barrel Aged Trifecta is a hand selected blend from their barrel assortment.

The Glory:
Barrel Aged Trifecta is a beautiful blend of three excellent beers- our gin barrel aged saison, a barrel fermented saison, and spontaneously fermented wine barrel aged wit. The result is a delectable tart ale with subtle layers of tropical fruit, oak juniper, lavender, citrus and unique barrel funk. This smooth blend is truly one of a kind!

-Strube Ranch, Wagyu NY Strip topped w/ herb tapenade.
Served w/ crispy fingerlings & milk poached garlic aioli,
wine reduction sautéed green beans topped w/ lemon zest

-Sloan Dennis, pepper crusted Wild Boar racks topped w/ balsamic reduction
Served w/ creamer peas in brown butter,
charred radicchio wedges drizzled w/ Texas Olive Ranch extra virgin olive oil

All components of these dishes are 100% locally sourced ingredients from local Texas farms.
