TRANS VOCAL MASTER CLASS
Performing for family and friends at the last class is optional. We will explore the singing voice broadly, review how to care for the voice, and identify some of the unique needs of trans vocalists in particular and develop customized warmup routines for each singer.
While very little has been published about the unique needs of trans singers, Sandi Hammond has studied with the only two published authors in the area and has been working with trans singers for almost two years. She is a passionate advocate for the development of best practices in this field.
