Painting, Postures, & Pints coming to
Old Bakery Beer Company
Sunday, June 5TH, 3:00-5:00pm for just $25 you will be able to enjoy a session filled with creativity, relaxation, and (2) tasty brews.
Just bring yourself and a yoga mat if you have one (Erin will have extras for those in need) and come experience mind and body connection in our fun & social atmosphere! No yoga experience needed. We will be painting with acrylics on canvas, flowing through yoga sequences, and enjoying some delicious freshly brewed beverages!
