Chelan to Africa Benefit Concert and Auction
In our beautiful valley we believe all kids deserve a chance. Chelan to Africa is a grassroots organization focused on improving the health and education of vulnerable children both here in Chelan and halfway across the world in rural Lesotho.
We invite you to our fun-filled 9th Annual Chelan to Africa Benefit Concert and Auction on Saturday, August 6 at Benson Vineyards Estate Winery. Doors open at 5:30, and live music with the Kevin Jones Band begins at 7:00. Tickets are $30 and include small plates.
The global recipient is the Touching Tiny Lives Foundation, a non-profit organization in Lesotho, which operates a safe house for children affected by HIV in a country where 30% of the population is HIV positive.
The local recipient is Thrive Chelan Valley, a local non-profit advocating for and empowering the community to help youth reach their full potential
