Lunch & Learn: What is Sustainability?
Eric Veium is an energy and sustainability analyst at Cal Poly and co-founder of the Green Campus program. He helped establish SLO City Farm and as part of the leadership team for SLO Clean Energy, he urges community leaders to create a local clean energy economy. Eric is a Cal Poly alum with a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering.
Enjoy a delicious veggie lunch, falafel bar and desserts. There will also be succulents for sale.
All proceeds to benefit Templeton High School drama department as they prepare to perform at the International Fringe Festival in Edinburgh, Scotland in August.
