David LaMotte in Concert at Tigg's Pond June 10th 7 PM
A veteran of 10 CDs and over 2000 concerts in 49 states and five continents, David LaMotte is an award-winning singer songwriter, a childrens book author, the founder of a successful non-profit and a popular public speaker. In all of his work, though, there is a common threadhe is about connecting people, both to themselves and to each other. He has traveled in several of the worlds conflict zones, from Bosnia to Belfast and from Hebron to Haiti, promoting intercultural understanding and seeking to learn from people on the front lines of peace work. He has many songs and stories to share. He is the author of the book, World Changing 101: Why Your Hope Is Not Naïve.
