Our world tour continues in Tblisi by way of Rego Park. If you haven't had it, we hope you'll soon find out why Thrillist ranked Georgian as the 4th best cuisine in the world due to the complexity of flavors, use of rich ingredients like walnuts, fresh herbs, grilled meats, flavorful stews, and spices that grow only in Georgia.
Here's what our host Ana and Chef Araik Grigoryan will be cooking for us:

Whet your appetite with selection of decadent Georgian cheese pies from Marani's downstairs dairy kitchen.

Marani Sampler: Green bean with walnuts, eggplant with walnuts, baby beet with walnuts (V)

Soko ketsze: baked mushrooms in clay pot (V)
Khinkali: Georgian style dumpling with lamb and beef
Chanahi: beef stew with eggplant, pepper, onion, potato
Kebab trio: lamb, lula (ground beef and lamb), chicken thighs

Tkemali sauce and Satsebela sauce

Coffee/tea and soft drinks included.
