ZGF recently completed two new buildings, the Performing Arts Center and Nelson Mandela Hall, adding over 95,000 SF of performance and classroom space to the 103-acre Aliso Viejo Soka University campus. The Performing Arts Center, which has been fine tuned to host a variety of performances in a highly intimate setting, boasts precise natural acoustics and sightlines designed to deliver an excellent audio and visual experience for performers and audiences alike. Sustainability was a central component of the project, which obtained Gold certification through the U. S. Green Building Council's Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) program.
