Fermentation in the Service Industry
The service industry handles fermented products daily and these products are not all created equal. Knowing how to properly store, serve, identify, and most importantly taste these products is the end goal of creating an educated staff and a better customer experience. This half day beer focused class will discuss how fermentation creates beer, wine, spirits, and some food products. The course includes lectures, tastings, and hands-on demonstrations which benefit attendees in working and personal environments.
This course is for industry professionals with 0-3 years experience as well as home enthusiasts.
