Summer Food & Beer Pairing Dinner 2012
Join us on Wednesday July 18th, 2012 for our annual seasonal Food & Beer Pairing Dinner celebrating Summer. Chef Lucas and his team have come up with a delightful menu focusing on flavors of Summer and paired them with some great beer.
STARTER Swamp Cooler (Beer Cocktail) Made with Dry Dock Hefeweizen
COURSE ONE Chilled Pasta Salad Handmade beet ravioli filled with asparagus cream over crudo vegetable Paired with: Funkwerks Codename: Ron Burgundy
COURSE TWO Cioppino Escabeche Fresh oyster, crab, mussel, wild salmon, swordfish In a spicy tomato broth with bread sticks and goat cheddar crisp Paired With: Green Flash Rayon Vert
COURSE THREE BBQ Barded Brisket Layered smoked brisket with sherry tomato and tarragon ricotta Great Divide Oak Smoked Dunkelweiss
COURSE FOUR Strawberry Balsamic Shortcake Shortbread scones with strawberry jam and white balsamic syrup and a sweet salpicon Dogfish Head Festina Peche
There will be a maximum of 40 tickets sold with seatings every half hour from 6:00 pm through 8:00 pm - select your preferred seating time when making your purchase. Please also note that gratuity is not included in the ticket price.
Educated staff & brewery representatives will be on hand to speak about the beer and why each course was developed to complement it. This should be another great dinner!
Please be aware that online ticket sales will end 48 hours prior to the dinner in order for us to be able to buy ingredients so please do not hesitate to pick up your tickets.
