Junior Theatre Workshop at Deertrees: JANE & THE DRAGON August 15 to August 19

Ages: 9 - 13
Dates: Monday August 15 - Friday August 19 from 9am - 3pm.
Final Presentation: Friday August 19 at 4:00pm
Cost Per Student: $150 (some scholarships available, contact deertrees@usa.net for details)
Tired of sitting around your castle? Have you always wanted to jump into action and save the day? Join us for this fun, hands-on theatrical workshop! We'll learn about shadow puppetry and the tools of the actor's trade, then use those skills to create our own retelling of Jane and the Dragon by Martin Baynton. Who knows, we might even befriend a dragon along the way!
Workshops taught by Shannon Equality Wade and Brittany Burke.
