JDub's Beer Fusion Dinner w/ Chef Craig Chasky
Join us for an After Father's Day dinner on Monday, 6/20, from 7-10pm with Chef Craig Chasky - from The Food Network! Tickets will include 5 courses of beer & essential oil infused bites paired with local JDubs beer, plus select recipes from the dinner to take home. We will only have 30 seats available for this Beer Fusion Dinner, they will go fast!
MENU
Welcome Meats & Cheese board with Imperial Mocha Stout Pub Cheese and your choice of a JDub's Flagship beer.
COURSE 1 - Appetizer - Angus Slider with Pretzel Bun paired with Caramel Bacon Stout.
COURSE 2 - Soup - Cold Blueberry Soup paired with Blueberry IPA.
COURSE 3 - Intermezzo - Apricot Sorbet paired with Sour Apricot.
MAIN COURSE - Entree - Jurassic Angus Rib with Black Pepper Oil & Wee Heavy BBQ sauce, Twice stuffed Yukon Gold Potato w/ En Haut Crème & Greens, paired with En Haut: French Oak Aged Up Top IPA.
COURSE 5 - Dessert - Tarzan & Jane Ice Cream made with Bell Cow, Marshmallows, Pecans, Vanilla & Bananas paired with Bell Cow Milk Chocolate Porter.
After dinner we will have the taproom open to purchase any other drinks you wish and we have last call at 9:45pm and ending the event at 10pm.
