Nothing can kill a show like an awful title, or so we learn in the opening number of this Tony Award winning musical. In a world where water is in such short supply that private bathrooms have become outlawed, giant corporations control all of the Public Amenities. Dont let the name fool you, this show is actually a witty and sharp satire of government, big business, and even musicals themselves.
